Of course, you'll always have lots of back up from fellow graduates and from your line manager. Your training will help you to adapt to any situation. And you'll get more than you can imagine out of learning as you work – with real experience, not pointless exercises. Note: it really is 'hands-on', so be ready. In your first year, you could be managing a business worth millions, leading a team, dealing with our suppliers, or working with Directors…
