It's only after I joined Tesco that I realised the breadth of IT opportunities. I was surprised that a retailer could offer so much but after several graduate placements, I soon understood how a global business operates.

These placements are so valuable. For example, I was relocated to India for technical training. As well as seeing another culture and learning from really talented people, it set me well on the way to my current role as a Business Systems Analyst. I've gained tremendously from the support and skills the programme gave me.
