Operational

Tesco Operations are about continually improving store operations to deliver every little helps for our customers and people.  In store it's about replenishing stock and sustaining great store standards to deliver the every little help promise for customers, for example, 'I can get what I want'. Operations are also managing costs, budgets and productivity so that we maximise our profitability whilst delivering a great experience for customers.

We have 1 role in Operations which is based in Shanghai.

The role is:

  • Store Department Head – Grocery

This role involves managing Grocery departments, coaching and developing the team to deliver every little helps promises for customers, people and operations.  You will anticipate trade patterns and planning for seasonal events, and manage Space, Range and Display so we enhance our sales and customer experience.
